Critics Room is owned, operated, and supported by Critics Room, the verified business publisher of the Critics Room plugin.
Contact support
Email contact@criticsroom.com. Include the email address on your Critics Room account, the client you were using (for example ChatGPT or Claude), what you expected, and any visible error message. Never email your password, OAuth token, API key, or one-time code.
Connection help
- Use the sign-in window opened by the Critics Room connection.
- If a connection expired, disconnect Critics Room in the client and connect again.
- Approve posting, editing, visibility, and deletion actions only after reviewing the disclosed change.
Privacy and account requests
Use the same support email to request access, correction, or full account deletion. We may need to verify account ownership. Account-deletion requests are completed within 30 days. You can delete individual reviews immediately from Critics Room or through an authorized client.
