Summary — High production value and engaging enough to finish, but the violence was a bit much for my taste and some story logic didn’t fully land.
I thought A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms was good overall. It’s clearly a high-budget show, and it really shows in the production quality—everything from the sets to the overall look feels polished and well done.
Even though I usually get bored and don’t finish full seasons, this one actually kept me watching all the way through, which says a lot.
The only thing is, it was a bit too violent for my personal taste. It’s not that it made the show worse—it just went further than I prefer, so parts of it weren’t as enjoyable for me.
There were also some story moments that didn’t really make sense. One that stood out was how no one recognized the kid as a prince until he announced it, and then suddenly everyone knew who he was. Stuff like that just felt off and pulled me out of the story a bit.
Overall, I liked it and stayed engaged, but it definitely had some flaws and elements that didn’t fully work for me.
